BRANSON AIRPORT, LLC

The Branson Airport, which opened in 2009, is just 10 miles south of Branson's Entertainment District, which attracts over 8 million visitors per year. The airport is the first privately financed and operated commercial airport in the United States. The airport's unique structure allows it to have innovative relationships with the airlines who fly there, including an airport led Part 380 indirect air carrier operation known as Branson Air Express.

CITYWIDE FERRY BY HORNBLOWER

Hornblower's newest operation, Citywide Ferry by Hornblower is the newest way for New Yorkers and visitors to “Work Live and Play” when the system launches in Summer 2017. Expected to service over 4.6 million passenger trips per year, Citywide Ferry will provide critical transportation links for areas currently underserved by transit and connect them to job centers, tech hubs and schools in New York City.

MAMMOTH LAKES TOURISM

MOKULELE AIRLINES

In Hawaiian the word Moku means island and Lele means to leap or hop. When the first plane was introduced, native Hawaiians created the word Mokulele. Mokulele is proud of their Hawaiian heritage and it’s their mission to provide Hawaii’s smallest communities with flight services including Hana, Waimea, Kapalua, Kalealoa and Kalaupapa.  They have grown to also offer services in Southern California, with flights to El Centro/Imperial, Los Angeles (LAX), and Santa Maria.

SEABORNE AIRLINES

Headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Seaborne Airlines operates an extensive network throughout the Caribbean. Seaborne operates over 300 weekly flights to top destinations across the Caribbean from a hub at Luis Muniz Marin International Airport in San Juan. The carrier's unique seaplane service between St. Thomas and St. Croix provides a vital link the in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Seaborne maintains four codeshare agreements with major carriers and several interline ticketing and baggage agreements.

SILVER AIRWAYS

As the airline of choice for Florida and the Bahamas, Silver Airways operates more routes within Florida and between Florida and the Bahamas than any other airline. The airline is also a leader in the emerging Cuba marketplace with plans to service 9 airports across the country. Silver operates over 100 peak season daily flights to 27 destinations in Florida, the Bahamas, and Cuba. Silver maintains codeshare relationships with three major carriers and interline ticketing agreements with several more.

Embark provides Silver a customized and integrated solution to its commercial planning needs. The Embark team works directly with Silver's leadership and employees to form a fully functional commercial team across company lines. Embark supports all of Silver's commercial functions including Network Planning, Schedule Publication and Distribution, Pricing, Revenue Management, Alliance Development, Sales and Marketing, and Long-Term Planning.[/column]

STEAMBOAT

Steamboat is famous worldwide for its authentic western atmosphere, genuine friendliness, Olympian tradition and Champagne Powder® snow. The resort encompasses 165 trails, 3,668 vertical feet and nearly 3,000 skiable acres across six peaks filled with groomed cruisers, bumps, steeps, meadows, legendary trees, four terrain parks and rarely a lift line to be seen.

“Working with ViaAir and Embark provides Steamboat a completely new, affordable resource for bringing winter guests to Ski Town, U.S.A.®,” said Rob Perlman, president and chief operating officer for Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp.

Embark created a customized airline service program for Steamboat to serve underserved, point-to-point markets. Embark manages all commercial elements of the program, including Scheduling, Route Planning, Pricing and Inventory Management, and Marketing programs.[/column]

BELLINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Bellingham International Airport is the third-largest commercial airport in Washington. Due to the airport's close proximity to British Columbia, Canada, it is a low fare alternative airport for Vancouver.

PENAIR

PenAir, founded in 1955 by Orin Seybert in Pilot Point, Alaska, is one of the oldest family owned airlines in the United States. The airline is also one of the largest regional airlines in Alaska. PenAir also has Lower 48 operations in the Northwest, Midwest, and Northeast U.S., and is of the largest operators of Saab 340 aircraft in the US.

Embark provided PenAir with marketing support, developing and managing co-operative marketing programs to help PenAir grow its West Coast network.

SEAPORT AIRLINES

Headquartered in Portland, Oregon SeaPort Airlines offered regional service throughout the Pacific Northwest, mid-South and Southwest regions of the United States. Primarily focused on a mixture of Essential Air Service routes, SeaPort flew Cessna Caravans turbo-props between most of its destinations.

Embark provided transaction and alliance development support, and strategic guidance for SeaPort's bankruptcy filing and subsequent liquidation. Key analysis and modeling by Embark acted as the basis for documents used by the bankruptcy court.[/column]
